There is an excellent 9 hole disc golf course on Fredericton ’s northside, only 5 minutes from downtown. The course is located at 65 Ferris Drive , off Sunset Drive near the York Manor. Bring some friends and try the course out. The more people who play the better chance we have to convince the city to let us install a permanent course in one of the city’s parks.

Disc Golf stays open throughout the Summer
This year we are excited to be open year round!! In past years we have been closed for the Strawberry season but this year we will have a redesigned course set back into the woods. The holes are shorter but more challenging terrain with tighter fairways. As the berry season gets closer we will post the alternate course map.
New signage at the entrance
This year disc golf finally has a Notice Board at the entrance to the course. Rules, information on the club and a large map of the course are available for viewing.
UPDATED COURSE!!!
The DG course is designed for new players in mind with shorter distances from tee to basket with an average distance of 70 meters. The short tees are a white sign with the hole #. The course has a second set of orange tees that are longer and have more difficult throws. Your first throw for each hole must be anywhere behind the tee marker and within 3 meters on either side. With two sets of tees for each hole we have an 18 hole course!
This course uses tube tone targets. To complete the hole you must hit anywhere on the tube, even if the disc knicks the tube you will hear it. The goal is to complete the course in the fewest throws possible. Otherwise the rules of regular golf are pretty much the same. For the complete rules and more info about disc golf go to PDGA.com.
